Everyone laughs about Bouzy Rouge, but we all know we're here for the Champagne. All three of the region's AOPs allow rosé: Champagne, the famous Rosé des Riceys, and the almost-extinct Coteaux Champenois - more commonly known as Bouzy Rouge, but theoretically Bouzy Rosé too.
