Pale golden salmon pink. Creamy nutty leesy aromas. Herbal, citrus, floral fruit. Long white citrus clean fruit, Delicate - seems atypical of northern Etna as more pristine and austere -earlier harvestd - cooler location? Still good weight of ripe fruit - wild red berries, a sour saline minerality and a mouthwatering juiciness. Still very youthful
