Château Grand Boise 1610 (White) 2023 - RecommendedVery pale gold. A hint of struck match. Vibrant, crisp green apples. Slightly grassy. Very, very high acidity on the palate. Very, very green apples. Knife-edge acidity, electric, zippy. It's like the pickers slept in the vineyard, and picked the grapes the very second they were just barely ripe enough. It's high-energy, zippy, and ever-so-electric. Like a teenager with too much energy - but still concentrated, zesty, and, if you can sit them down for long enough, actually quite engaging.
