Tiezzi Poggio Cerrino (Red)

Lots of deep, inky blue fruit on the nose. A hint of beeswax. Pretty, honeyed blue fruit. Lovely elegance, with a chalky prettiness to the red fruit. Some pot pourri. Despite the soft richness on the nose, the tannins are potent, chalky, and a little bit dried out for my taste. Could do better.
