Château des Ferrages Mon Plaisir (Red) 2024 - Highly RecommendedLight to mid depth bright red, semi-translucent ruby. Soft sweet cherry aromas with lots of pretty violets, blue flowers, garrigue and almost a hint of lavender. Exceptionally pretty and lacy, fruit-driven and charming. Bright ripe raspberry jammy fruit on the palate, with some lovely saline garrigue notes. Beautifully light, almost ethereal, but gently extracted. Gentle but firm bitter chocolate tannins that are chalky and slightly drying. Crunchy, youthful, summery and really charming. Fresh acidity, generously mineral and a lovely summer red. Really rather lovely.
