Château des Sarrins Rouge Secret (Red) 2021 - OutstandingPurple red. Notes of cedar, beeswax, garrigue and nuts with a whisper of pot pourri and leather. On the palate, firm inky fruit meets textured, grippy, yet very smooth and slightly silky tannins. Full-bodied with blue florals, black inky tones, and tight dark fruit, proving powerful enough to balance the alcohol. Decanting allows the tannins to soften and the fruit to shine. Still incredibly young and tight, with blackberries and hedgerow fruit ready to burst out from behind the tight structure. Extremely beautiful, classic Provence with signature Sarrins freshness.
