Château Grand Boise Jadis (Rosé) 2025 - OutstandingVery pale shell pink. Creamy floral aromas. Lots of redcurrant fruit, juicy, crisp and crunchy but the intensity of ripe fruit nudges up to a more premium level. Quite joyous red berry fruit, crisp white citrus with a zesty, slightly leafy, very very crunchy acidity and minerality and pippy, textured phenolics jostle for attention, against a backdrop of more red fruit and very juicy grapefruit. The well integrated phenolics give tight structure. Saline, youthful and energetic. A serious wine full of Provence ripeness and elegance with vibrant tension.
