    Very pale coral. A hint of soft waxy lees on the nose alongside creamy peaches and orchard blossom. Incredibly refined and delicate, powerful and exceptionally classy. Lots of white fruit, with red fruit conspicuously absent - but this is easy to overlook given how silky, intense and softly textured it is on the palate. Zippy, slightly citrusy acidity. Very Provençal - you can almost taste the Mistral and the limestone cliffs. Genuinely classy and refined.
