Château la Sable L’Incarnat (Rosé) 2025 - OutstandingDark coral pink. Remarkably full of red fruit on the nose - red cherries, exuberant raspberries and floral, orange blossom, pretty and floral. Vibrantly fresh and grapey finishing with laser-like intensity and power and long fresh acidity. Quite joyous and lots of soft, lush, black fruit - cherries and damsons - with traces of restraining firm, stony, inky minerality, and a delicate, dark inner core, dark spice and a whisper of gentle oaky phenolics. It's powerful, driven, crisp, elegant, serious with depth and charm, and every fruity note covering up another one, all of them nestled in textural grip and richness. Beautifully ripe, but with precise structure. So much ripeness, and yet not one drop of jamminess or excessive soupiness. I'm in awe and in love - this is what top Provence Syrah rosé can aspire to.
