Château la Sable Les Choupissons (White) 2025 - OutstandingPale white lemon yellow. Beautiful floral, grapey, perfumed musky nose with concentrated peach juice, muscat, and rosewater. Crisp, perfumed, and zesty on the palate with lovely fruit, bone dry but continuing all the way through to the end. Perfumed pêche de vigne and white peaches are accompanied by a hint of spritz. Beautiful acidity, and a delicate, elegant textural weight. Delicious, complex, concentrated, and exuberant, it is utterly and wonderfully refreshing while remaining crisp, mineral, and energetic. Encapsulates the heat of a Provencal summer while providing all the refreshing elegance needed to cut through an August heatwave. Better than most rosé! Lovely expression of traditional Provencal Muscat.
