    Pale water lemon with green lights. Delicate white flowers and almonds on the nose, alongside crisp pears, green apples, crunchy nashi pears, and a hint of slightly leafy, perfumed limes. On the palate, austere minerality meets a crisp, crunchy, and clean profile. Zesty, mineral, driven, elegant, and very straightforward. The wine finishes with a slightly crisp and drying texture. Definitely a white for lovers of classic Provence rosé.
