Lemon yellow, very pale lime. Slightly restrained on the nose with powerful exotic floral notes. Some almost invisible tight saline oak structure. Grapefruit pith acidity, white lemons and fresh acidity on the palate, alongside some crushed green apples and light phenolics, but no sign of the beautiful floral notes on the nose coming through. A touch of mineral green apple fruit - a touch unripe? Crisp, zesty and vibrant, with nice intensity, tons of fruit and a silky finish with pretty minerality. Delightfully elegant, but with weight and concentration to last it well into all-season gastronomic territory.
