Château Pigoudet Signature (Rosé) 2021 - Highly RecommendedPale gold. Rich sweet bruised orchard fruit aromas with a hint of jasmine tea, ripe yellow peaches, and orange blossom. On the palate, crisp white peach acidity and fine mineral freshness are joined by a hint of slightly toasty, sweet-briochey oak. Gentle, sweet tannins and a black inky fruit provide structure alongside perfumed Sorrento lemons, navel oranges, and the tiniest whisper of freshly picked raspberries. Generous acidity makes it crisp, crunchy, elegant, and fruity. Absolute benchmark oaked Provence rosé, with all the acidity and freshness of high-altitude Coteaux d'Aix.
