Château Romanin Les Baux-De-Provence (White) 2023 - Highly RecommendedPale lemon lime white, very pale gold. Very restrained on the nose at first, opening up to subtle white citrus, lime, powerful exotic white blossom notes, spring meadows and very pretty floral character. Some weighty dark structure and pithy, fresh, ethereal and vibrant citrus acidity on the palate, alongside slightly herbal garrigue, ripe fruit and honeyed oak that only provides a whisper of tannic depth and slightly leafy phenolic weight on the finish. A combination of joyful and crisp, silky and complex. Very fine, but stops short of richness and elegance.
