  Pale gold. Herbal, creamy, honeyed and gently leesy. On the palate, vibrant minerality, plenty of tropical fruit, pineapple, very saline and exceptionally vibrant acidity. Crisp, saline, beautifully elegant and perfumed. Opens up to Sorrento lemons and a touch of wild fennel. Very elegant, driven, pretty and classy. An exceptionally unusual single-parcel Clairette that really proves that there is more to Provence white than crisp-and-crunchy Rolle!
