Château Sainte Roseline Collection (Rosé) 2025 - Recommended Summer RoséA standout rosé from Sainte Roseline that very unusually contains nearly 50% Tibouren in most vintages. Very pale shell peach, almost white with delicate aromas of pretty red fruit, bruised red berries, crushed raspberries, pink-tinged pêche de vigne and wild strawberries. On the palate there is some elegant and rather lovely fruit-driven structure. Full-bodied and rounded with lots of ripe red fruit and pretty acidity. Zesty, fruit-driven, elegant and rather fun.
