Chêne Bleu Aliot (White) 2021 - Highly RecommendedPale yellow. Quite saline, tarry aromas on the nose with a subtle hint of oak, slightly flinty, yellow flowers and bruised apple fruit. Concentrated, almost glycerol texture on the palate. Oak is evident with serious nutty notes, a slightly chestnut richness and a lot of structure. Pronounced citrus acidity, very youthful freshness and grey mineral freshness with some fine phenolic backbone. Beautifully powerful with great freshness and all the ripeness and fullness of body of the South. Long length, almost mouthwatering. Textured, almost blunt in its strength but showing fantastic purity and elegance.
