    Pale lemon to very pale gold. Peach blossom on the nose with perfumed, scented peach, crunchy green apples, pears, and white peaches. A hint of white pepper adds nuance. The palate is dry with crisp, chalky acidity that is crunchy and vibrant. Beautifully pretty, delicate, concentrated, and beautifully perfumed. High alcohol is slightly unnerving, but it remains a very elegant white without the need for oak. Provence white for a rosé lover.
