Domaine de la Bégude Cuvée Amphore (White) 2025 - Highly RecommendedPale lemon yellow. Creamy gooseberry juicy fruit, pineapple, crunchy green apples and gentle leafiness on the nose, with very subtle thiols. Fine chalky acidity, fine white minerality and some pithy acidity on the palate. Crunchy, zesty and very potent. Slightly chalky phenolic weight and very saline. Lovely concentration, a seriously weighty wine that still manages to be refreshing and charming. Slightly grassy floral notes and a lasting, slightly sandy saline finish. Very serious.
