    Very pale lemon. Delicate and slightly grassy on the nose, full of fresh flowers, white grapefruit, scented lemons, rosewater and hints of blue flowers. The palate is riper and silkier than the vibrant nose suggests, offering genuine weight, fine minerality and long, fresh acidity. Extremely easy-drinking and modern with a lasting, charming finish. Absolutely divine - like drinking a pretty cloud on a sunny spring day; the absolute best of Coteaux d'Aix Sauvignon Blanc.
