    Pale pink, restrained aromas, opening out to a beautiful intensity and ripe concentration on the palate. There is some seriously concentrated white fruit fruit with some really charming salinity and minerality which serves to remind you that this wine comes from an island - and you can almost taste the sea. Still quite closed but with potential for ageing.
