  An exceptionally unusual blend of Chenin Blanc, Carignan Blanc, and Clairette. Pale lemon hue. Sweet waxy lemon aromas with a hint of exuberant oak, honeyed butterscotch, confit lemon, and pretty floral notes. On the palate, delicate white lemon and vibrant acidity soften a firm, underlying structure. Playing with delicacy, depth of flavour, and complexity, it reveals intense orchard fruit and crunchy green apples. Oak provides backbone, leading to a nutty, saline, slightly chalky, and mineral finish. Not a big blockbuster of a wine, but classy, concentrated, and powerful.
