  Pale salmon. Soft, freshly picked raspberries on the nose. Crunchy red fruit continues on the palate alongside a hint of red grapefruit. Lightly phenolic with nice depth and real gutsiness. A little longer skin maceration gives this real weight and plenty of red fruit. Crunchy, pretty and thoroughly enjoyable - has the fruit to hold up to a summery barbecue very comfortably.

  Pale salmon. Restrained on the nose with some pink grapefruit and a hint of spritz. Citrussy and jam-packed full of crunchy red fruit on the palate, accented by hints of floral blue fruit - typical of the lower Issole valley around Cabasse. Refreshing and lightly chalky-phenolic on the finish. A classic, effortless, sleeves-rolled-up kind of summer rosé and a definitive garden party crowd-pleaser.
