Domaine la Suffrène Cuvée Tradition (White) 2025 - RecommendedPale lime yellow. Restrained on the nose with crisp menthol and leafy citrus. The palate offers weighty ripeness and some fat oiliness on the mid-palate, softened by hints of almond blossom, bitter almonds, and a gentle berry sourness. It focuses on texture and lacks a bit of varietal fruit, supported by dry chalky acidity. Nice concentration, very zippy, and extremely easy to finish the glass. A summery crowd-pleaser that reflects Suffrène's philosophy that a southern white should be first and foremost utterly refreshing, linear and mineral.
