Very pale shell. Tropical flowers and grapefruit on the nose with crunchy thiols that are very well-integrated and remarkably well-balanced. Pretty ripe fruit on the palate, slightly grassy but backed up by very vibrant white grapefruit. High acidity, chalky minerality and vibrant, with a very saline finish. An exceptionally pretty example of a crisp, grapefruity, zesty rosé. The label's "rosé structuré et généreux" is downright unhelpful - this is zesty, concentrated and grapefruity, not structured. It is not at all a style I appreciate, but for a lover of exceptionally high acidity, grapefruity rosé, it is exceptionally well-made.
