    From one of our favourite and most dynamic low-intervention producers in the hilly east of the Luberon. Pale lemon yellow. A hint of oak on the nose. Subtle white citrus. Crunchy white acidity, chalky phenolics. Very classy, modern and fashionable. Has an almost Languedocien crispness. Very saline, very mineral, fresh and zesty.
