  Semi-translucent ruby red. Dark, inky Syrah aromas on the nose with hints of fruit-driven Mourvèdre. The palate is delightfully zippy, juicy and thirst-quenchingly refreshing, bursting with blackberries, cherries and plums. Driven by dark minerality, vibrant acidity, blue spice, garrigue and incense. The tannins are well-integrated and barely there. Despite its fresh elegance, there is very real weight and concentration. After decanting, it opens up wonderfully to add chocolate, chewy toffee and leathery notes. An absolutely delicious, charming wine.
