  Dark gold. White floral aromas with lots of soft oranges, perfumed yellow peaches, and hints of garrigue and spice. The palate is beautifully saline and absolutely bursting with soft juicy citrus fruit, sour lemon, blood oranges, yellow grapefruit, and a hint of bergamot and dried peach. Nice texture with gentle phenolics and zesty, powerful saline acidity. Lovely length, exciting, and zesty. An excellent example of skin-contact winemaking that retains plenty of Rolle typicity, showcasing where Provence could go - but don't approach this wine expecting full-blown orange tannins.
