    Very pale lime gold. Leafy, floral and garrigue with bitter almonds and pineapple. Austere and crisp. Very mineral and saline; closed and tight. Textured pithy acidity and a powerful saline finish. A nice phenolic finish extends to the tip of the tongue, lending it a chalky gravitas that makes up for the austerity. As it breathes, it reveals almond blossom and waxy tropical flowers. Nice depth and complexity that sets it apart from easy-drinking Rolles.
