Jas des Oliviers Sainte Brigitte (Rosé) 2025 - RecommendedVery, very pale coppery shell pink. Very delicate floral and yellow peach aromas with jasmine tea, a hint of dried apricot, and pot pourri. The palate features lots of crisp orchard fruit, crunchy and vibrant. Tastes different, more yellow fruit with some firm mineral structure - perhaps not Grenache? Very high, vibrant acidity with lots of green apples, white fruit, and a hint of white flowers. Crisp, zesty, mineral, and exceptionally refreshing. Slightly chalky, it is not a "pretty pretty" rosé, but truly something a little bit more complex.
