La Grande Bauquiere Moment Inattendu (Rosé) 2025 - RecommendedVery pale shell. Light, charming, pear and floral aromas on the nose. On the palate, a rich creaminess and lots of crunchy red berry fruit, accompanied by a very tiny hint of thiol freshness. There is quite a bit of spritz, but it is nicely balanced with fine mineral acidity, which itself is supported by remarkably charming fruit and just enough ripeness. Crisp, zesty, very refreshing and a bit of a summer crowd-pleaser. Simple and elegantly thirst-quenching.
