Maison Mirabeau Pure (Rosé) 2025 - RecommendedPale copper. Restrained on the nose with tomato leaf freshness. The palate is remarkably fruit-driven, featuring lots of ripe strawberries, raspberries, and pretty red cherries alongside very delicate redcurrants. Despite the ripeness, it is fresh, energetic, crunchy, and elegant with a lacy minerality. Clean, unassuming, and unchallenging, showing a featherweight leafiness. A fruit-driven modern Provence rosé with nice intensity and real personality. Unpretentious and fun.
