Mas des Infermieres Chevalier (Rosé) 2025 - RecommendedBright salmon pink. Restrained on the nose initially, offering pithy apple and strawberry fruit aromas. Opens up on the palate to incredibly vibrant strawberries, blueberries and red fruit. It sits on the more ethereal, crunchy end of the spectrum but features a firm, dark mineral structure and structural grip that stands out from riper, silkier rosés.
