  From some of Bandol's most maritime vineyards, the vines even belong to the state-run Conservatoire du Littoral. Very pale salmon pink. Pretty pink grapefruit and crunchy red berries. Fresh, mineral, very saline acidity. Very classically Provençal: citrusy, refreshing, elegant and ridiculously approachable. Order by the carafe in a fancy café by the beach; don't look to this for complexity or age-worthiness, just sunny, harbour-side Bandol joy.
