Moulin de la Roque Les Baumes (White) 2025 - Highly RecommendedPale water white. Neutral, slightly restrained nose. Very crisp, mineral, driven, and precise on the palate with fresh white fruit, a slight nuttiness, and good acidity. Nice concentration that is powerful yet fresh. Structured and very textural; not just driven by pretty and perhaps ephemeral floral and white fruit, this is weighty and shows the beginnings of real complexity and class. A great example of the crispness and textural elegance of good white Bandol.
