  Very pale shell. Restrained on the nose, hints of blossom. On the palate, very pretty red fruit, exceptionally crunchy wild strawberries. A hint of minerality and inky spice towards the finish. Remarkably full-bodied on the finish given the freshness and elegance on the nose and at first. Pretty, elegant, pleasantly fruity and with some seriously nice depth. Easy-drinking, refreshing, rather fun. Lots of acidity without feeling austere or lean.
