  Pale salmon pink. Strawberries and cream on the nose, with a touch of amylic notes. On the palate there is a nice richness and concentration, intense strawberries, with a firm black inky minerality on the mid-palate that contrasts splendidly with the soft approachability on the nose. A tiny hint of spritz lifts the minerality a step further on the finish. Gutsy and full of personality with lovely weight and plenty of fruit. Delicious summer rosé.
