    Slightly brickish, garnet edges. Semi-translucent. Lots of herbal, pine and hedgerow fruit. Beautiful silky concentration on the palate - seamlessly elegant, smoothed over and velvety. Rich, concentrated, decadent. Lots of spice. Incredibly concentrated, gutsy, weighty and intense. It's just weighty and present and majestuous - with an ethereal elegance. Tannins are rich and ripe, extracted and present but by no means excessive or green. Lasting finish with serious tannins and weight. Gorgeous wine and a step up in quality towards class and fine wine status.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years.
