Passionate about rosé, we presented in 2024 the UK’s first fine rosé-only trade event looking at rosé as a serious wine beyond a seasonal fashion. We believe rosé needs a platform to discuss age-worthiness, regional styles and their relevance on a restaurant wine list.
Fine rosé is more than just price. These are wines that reflect terroir and vintage, that express producers’ passion and encourage discussion.
Our first Fine Rosé Days in 2024 and 2025 included wines from 16 countries, including a Rioja Gran Reserva, Garrus, Clos du Temple, natural wines, and even a rosé from Tibet.
‘When queen of rosé Elizabeth Gabay MW organises a ‘fine rosé day’ in London, you pay attention. Gabay has her fingers on the pink pulse like no one else, and if anyone can call in bottles of rosé that might be considered ‘fine’, it is she.’
