Provenquiere’s vineyards mostly lie along the Orb valley towards Béziers and Saint-Chinian, but they are close enough to Côtes de Thongue and most importantly share the same energy and drive as many Thongue producers. The estate produces quite a wide range of rosés, all of which hold their own in blind tastings.
