    Creamy shell pink. Very restrained on the nose with a touch of red berries. Crisp, crunchy forest fruit, black berries, and soft ripe strawberries. Restrained fresh acidity, silky finish, and some firm dark inner structure. Nice intensity, concentrated, and very delicate with an inky power despite the delicacy. Remarkably mineral and slightly austere phenolic grip on the finish. Lovely classic what Provence is all about.
