    Shell salmon pink. Very neutral white fruit, juicy white peach, and zesty, lacy, pretty white flowers. Crunchy white acidity and pale blue minerality. Very much the Ott style of clean purity of white peach fruit. Concentrated but restrained, with a firm, phenolic, drying, pithy finish. Schistous rather than the ripe intensity expected of La Londe.
