    Pale lemon white to pale lime yellow. Prettily perfumed white florals on the nose that continue onto the palate. Very crisp and citrussy with long, fresh, saline mineral acidity. Delicate but heavily perfumed, offering a slightly pithy, hard texture that feels like a limestone cliff face. It is currently too youthful and needs time to soften. Phenolic with a chalky, crisp finish.
