    Jané Ventura Reserva de la Musica (Sparkling rosé) 2019 - 89

    Very pale salmon pink. Pithy apples, apple blossom and fresh herbs on the nose. The wine is rich and fruity with apple and pear compote with a hint of sweet creaminess and cinnamon combined with fresh crunchy red-skinned apples, crab apples and herbal notes. Saline citrus acidity and chalky texture balance the ripe fruit with a dry phenolic finish.
