Pale blue-tinted pink. Waxy, coconut herby, fennel seed and green apples on the nose. Creamy, ripe soft with a lovely herbal and crunchy apple fruit, dark floral notes with phenolic notes and slightly stony mineral length. Unmistakeably Cava, prettily made with creamy round fruit and long fresh acidity.
