    Very pale coral with lovely intense aromas of dark fruit, subtle blood orange, hints of tropical flowers and a touch of spice. On the palate, vibrant citrus and grapefruit acidity leads the way. Pretty, youthful, and lots of fun with some fine mineral notes and textural grip on the finish. This is still young and needs some time to allow the gorgeous fruit to come to the fore.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years. Elizabeth started working with the wines of Provence back in 1986, and for the past 20 years has lived on the eastern edge of south-east France.
