Château des Annibals Grands Annibals (White) 2025 - RecommendedPale lemon. Soft pale white lemon, floral notes and some restraint on the nose. Fresh on the palate with some white flowers, white fruit, crisp green apples and a hint of lime drop. Slightly saline and mineral with slightly leafy thiols. Fresh, salty and floral character, that can feel a little one-dimensional and bitter on the mid-palate and finish, although any astringency dissipates somewhat as it opens up, leaving a phenolic, floral finish.
