Château Grand Boise Pet Nat by Grand Boise (Sparkling rosé) 2025 - OutstandingPale peachy pink with the gentle but persistent fizz of single fermentation in bottle. Sparkling clean - and avoid the nattiness of very natural wines despite the name. Maybe Methode ancestrale would be better suited. Delicate peach and redcurrant aromas, this achieves what so many other local and more pretentious fizzes do not - energy. Vibrant acdity matched by intense ripe fruit, the gentle savoury notes of garrigue which lift it from being jammy, clean quartz like minerality. Petal-like gentleness, youthful and quite, quite charming. If you want a delicious Provence fizz, this might be just the one.
