Château la Genestiere Tavel (Rosé) 2025 - Highly RecommendedGenestière in Tavel seems to get better every year, and has really excelled in this vintage, producing a wine of remarkable elegance and finesse. Light crimson pink-red with restrained aromas. The palate follows with an explosion of ripe, generous fruit. Vibrant red berries, crunchy red fruit, ripe and generous and fruity. A full-on joyous summer wine bursting with fruit, exuberance and acidity. Slightly longer maceration gives a pleasing phenolic structure, mouth-watering stoniness and dark black fruit inner depth, making this appealing to red wine drinkers. Joyous and super fun, showing that not all dark rosé has to be complex or oaky to be well-made.
