    Pretty cherry-red pink. Lots of orchard and cherry blossom on the nose with bitter almonds and dripping red fruit. On the palate, the exuberance of the sour cherries is restrained by a remarkably long, fine, dark blue mineral acidity and grip. Silky, elegant and fresh; a firm but gentle tannic finish takes a backseat to the wonderfully ripe-yet-fresh fruit. Beautiful acidity cuts through the concentration. For someone in the market for an energetic chilled red, but enamoured by the charm of good rosé, look no further.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years.
